Billing Paused on The Milk
Paid Subscriber model changed; billing not reflecting it.
Hi Folks.
I’ve paused Billing for Paid Subscribers to The Milk.
The Substack app has been billing people the same amount as when you signed up 12 months ago. Seems it’s automatic.
Few months ago I changed the Paid Subscriber model to $50 a year. But those who signed up 12 months ago have still been charged $100.
My apologies.
